Refund & Return Policy
- User can cancel orders untill they are shipped. After that cancellation will be not be accepted.
- Products will be delivered within 4-7 working days(max). It may be delivered late only if any uncontrolled situation occurs.
- Returns are accepted on full cash back.
- Returns are accepted only within 7 days of delivery date.
- Buyer is responsible for returned postage or shipping cost for returned item.
- Tracking number must be provided for returned item.
- Buyer should make sure the return item is in proper packaging before shipping back to us.
- Return item in original packaging, undamaged and unused condition only would be accepted for us.
- Refund will be initiated within 7 working days from the date of receiving the product.
- Refund amount will be transferred in the account used for payment.
- Postage or shipping cost and returned postage or shipping cost will not be refunded.
Sell Terms
If your item is damaged or broken when the time it arrives, please contact us as soon as possible or within 7 days so that we can arrange for a new one. We only accept items returned within 7 days and please make sure that the item is in original condition and package. The shipping cost for return back and resend the item is buyer responsibility. In the case of return, shipping and handling charges are non-refundable in any case.
